The Association of College and University Educators (ACUE) and Teaching in Higher Ed were each started in 2014. As we started to get to know each other more, we discovered that we had even more in common than just our founding year. The partnership between ACUE and Teaching in Higher Ed seeks to connect expert educators with those who are seeking to better facilitate learning.

As ACUE and Teaching in Higher Ed discovered how many experts both organizations had featured in common, we set about creating a more formal partnership to collaborate on bringing people into our respective platforms. Once a month, ACUE provides Teaching in Higher Ed with a podcast guest and then curates the learning from the episode within the ACUE "Q" blog.

ACUE makes for a great partner with Teaching in Higher Ed, because of their focus on excellent teaching. "ACUE’s comprehensive Course in Effective Teaching Practices prepares college educators to implement all of the essential practices shown to improve student outcomes. This facilitated, online Course is offered to cohorts of faculty at participating institutions. Educators who satisfy Course requirements earn a Certificate in Effective College Instruction endorsed by the American Council on Education (ACE)."

Below are the episodes that are a result of the partnership between Teaching in Higher Ed and ACUE. We are grateful to these individuals for lending their expertise to the podcast and for sharing even further within the ACUE community.
