Dear Professors,
I am new to academics in a Medical School in the Midde East. My background is in nursing leadership (hospital build, equip, staff and operate) and I am not familiar with workload calculators within this domain. The site where I am employed really needs this workload calculator system that is standardized. in my online search I have seen several universities in the USA utilize this specific workload estimator. Please advise how I would be able to access this tool, learn and utilize for academic planning.
Thank you in advance for your kind advice and support.
