Heather K. Tillberg-Webb has two decades of experience in the field of instructional design and academic technology. She currently serves as Associate Vice President Academic Technology at Southern New Hampshire University in Manchester, NH. She previously served as Associate Provost of Systems, Planning and Administration at Lesley University in Cambridge, MA. She stays engaged with teaching in the Masters of Education in the Health Professions program at Johns Hopkins University. Her research interests focus on technology philosophy and its intersection with educational technology practice and ethical instructional design. She earned her PhD in Instructional Technology from the University of Virginia in 2007.
