Tim received his B.A. from Wheaton College (IL), and his M.A. & Ph.D. from Princeton University. From 1994-1996, he was assistant professor of sociology at Gordon College (MA), and since 1996, has been a sociology professor at The College of New Jersey (Ewing, NJ). He is the author of The Purposeful Graduate: Why Colleges Must Talk to Students about Vocation* and The First Year Out: Understanding American Teens after High School*.
