Thomas J. Tobin is an internationally recognized scholar, author, and speaker on technology-mediated education, with a focus on Universal Design for Learning, accessibility, copyright, academic integrity, and the evaluation of teaching. Named among the world's top 100 learning influencers, he helped found the University of Wisconsin–Madison Center for Teaching, Learning, and Mentoring. His books include Reach Everyone, Teach Everyone; Going Alt-Ac; and the forthcoming UDL at Scale.
