Kerry Mandulak

Dr. Kerry Mandulak is an Associate Professor in the School of Communication Sciences and Disorders at Pacific University. Dr. Mandulak has been a certified speech-language pathologist since 1998, and her clinical interests include working with children with cleft and craniofacial disorders, in addition to individuals who stutter or have voice disorders.  She teaches graduate courses in these areas and undergraduate courses in Speech Science and Anatomy & Physiology.   Her research is focused on graduate admissions and specifically, She is an expert and advocate for holistic review in admissions processes in the field of Communication Sciences & Disorders and is a nationally sought-after speaker.  This work has evolved out of her deep commitment and love for the profession and for advising, mentoring, and training future speech-language pathologists.  Pursuing work in SoTL, specifically around inclusive teaching strategies and alternative grading, is what also brings her joy in her current position.
