The graduate courses I teach in Vanguard University's Organizational Psychology program include Behavior and Psychology in Organizations, Psychology of Leadership and Motivation, Organizational Systems, Development and Change. Occasionally I teach Team Leadership and Conflict Management for the Leadership Studies program. Prior to returning to Vanguard University, I founded and directed the Organizational Psychology program for Concordia University Irvine, California’s first Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Psychology designed specifically for working professionals.
Additionally, I occasionally teach Organizational Behavior at California State University Fullerton and the Chicago School of Professional Psychology; and Career Development Theories and Techniques at Pepperdine University.
