I am a passionate educator who holds many hats and roles in my professional life. In my day job, I am an Educational Specialist at a secondary high school in San Diego, California. I teach students with special needs and I am a case manager for twenty-plus students. I utilize innovative technology to enhance my pedagogy in the classroom in addition to using technology to effectively and efficiently case manage my students.
In my other life, I am an Educational Leadership doctoral candidate at Concordia University, Irvine. My research interests and dissertation topic pertain to how Educational Leaders use Evidence-Based Practices and Data Mining techniques and applications within their decision-making processes to help effect change in improving K-12 schools for the students they serve
