Fevronia Christodoulidi

Dr Fevronia Christodoulidi (aka 'Fenia') is a London-based BACP accredited Psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience in supporting clients at different settings, including student and staff counselling, occupational health counselling, working in charities and in private practice. She is also a Senior Lecturer in Counselling & Psychotherapy at the University of East London, a qualitative researcher, a clinical supervisor and consultant for therapists, educators, leaders, and mobile professionals across different sectors. Fenia is an Equality, Diversity & Inclusion facilitator, deeply committed to supporting teams towards equitable relationships and inclusive workplaces. She is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and she is actively involved in the decolonisation movement within Higher Education. She is a public speaker and provides talks and workshops on a variety of topics that draw from her expertise, such as the Pedagogy of Vulnerability, Cross-Cultural Therapy, Existentialism, Inter-racial relationships and Parenting children of Dual Heritage.  Fenia is multilingual and has travelled extensively whilst having researched cross-cultural communication throughout her career, something that enables her to bring her knowledge and experience in supporting multicultural and multilingual individuals, teams and workplaces. She is an advocate of honouring diverse voices within institutions such as Universities, hence adopting a personalised learning approach when teaching and supervising students at different levels.
