Dr. Jordan leads the Faculty Success team at the Kennesaw State University Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning. She is also a professor of political science. Her work supports faculty in their pursuit of success. She spends most of her time coaching faculty and campus leaders, facilitating webinars, and directing orientations, institutes and retreats. Este's passion is helping academics flourish, based on the research that flourishing organizations are comprised of flourishing individuals.
