After serving as an Assistant Professor of English, Co-Director of the Quality Enhancement Plan, Center for Engaged Teaching and Learning Co-Director, and several other roles at Louisburg College for over seven years, I made the transition to Instructional Coach with Fayetteville Technical Community College's brand-new Center for Faculty Development. I'm still fanatical about science fiction and British literature, but good teaching has grown to be my chief professional interest.
