Dr. Courtney Plotts is a dynamic Keynote Speaker, Author, and Professor. As the National Chair of the Council for At Risk Student Education and Professional Standards and a School Psychologist her primary focus is in online teaching and learning best practices.

Dr. Plotts was recognized in 2017 by the California State Legislature for her bold commitment to change in education and in 2019 she was recognized by Magna Publishing as one of the "Best Of" speakers at the Educational Leadership Conference.
